Article by Department Head in the journal "Turkish World Studies"

The scientific article by the head of the Department of History and Archeology, Associate Professor Telman Nusratoglu entitled "The Armenian Issue in the South Caucasus Consulate Reports" written on the basis of Ottoman archival documents was published in the journal "Turkish World Studies" (129, 20, issue 254).

The article deals with the reports sent to the Ottoman government by the Ottoman diplomatic representatives in the South Caucasus about the deleterious Armenian societies, the activities of armed groups in the region, and their relations with the officials of Tsarist Russia.
