On July 19, 2021, the next virtual meeting of the Erasmus+ ECAR project was held. The project, to which Khazar University is a partner, and coordinated by Baku Business University, was attended by more than 20 delegates, including project partners from Azerbaijan and European universities. Dr.Inga Juknytė-Petreikienė, from Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania, brought to the attention of the meeting participants the issues on the agenda and briefed on the preliminary results of the questionnaires conducted within the project. Partner universities were given extra time to attract more senior undergraduate students to the questionnaire.
Another employee of Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania, Dr. Regina Valutytė presented the results of their research for the establishment of the Rectors' Conference and structure in Azerbaijan. She provided examples from the structures of rectors' conferences in European countries.
The meeting also covered the timing and format of interviews with rectors, vice-rectors of partner universities from Azerbaijan and representatives of the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan.
In addition, members of the translation team and content analysis team were defined. It was recommended that all groups complete the assignment and send it to the activity group leader and project coordinator.
Khazar University was represented at the meeting by Ulkar Bayramova, Director of the Teaching and Learning Center.
