Yenicag.az website on the publication of a book by Khazar faculty member in Turkey

On July 1, 2021, the website yenicag.az published news on the publication of a book by Khazar University lecturer Telman Nusratoglu, entitled “South Caucasus Reports of Ottoman Foreign Ministry (1852-1914)” in Turkey.

The news says the book illustrates the history of the Ottoman Empire in 1852-1914, which united many peoples of different languages, religions and cultures under its flag for centurieswith great tolerance. The book is the first publication of very important Shahbander documents covering the activities of the Ottoman Foreign Ministry in the South Caucasus.
