On June 2, 2021, Nilufar Alizadeh, a lecturer and doctoral student in the Department of Psychology at Khazar University, was a guest in the program “Towards Solution” broadcasted on AZTV. Experts discussed the fact that a 15-year-old girl gave birth in Agjabadi.
