Rovshan Abbasov, Head of Geography and Environment Department of Khazar University, has been appointed a National Water Management Specialist in the project entitled “Improved Water Management: Towards Sustainable Agricultural Development” implemented jointly by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and UN Food and Agriculture Organization.
