On March 19, 2021, Raziya Isayeva, Director of the Khazar University Development Center, and Ulker Sattarova, a staff member of the University of Architecture and Construction, spoke on the “Gundem” (agenda) program broadcasted on the ARB channel. The topic of the program was the Creative Spark project funded by the British Council.
