An article entitled “The Second Karabakh War: Russia vs. Turkey?” co-authored by Dr. Vasif Huseynov, instructor of Political Science & Philosophy Department, was published in “Middle East Policy” Journal.

The article reflects the factors that led the parties to the Second Karabakh War, the role of Turkey in resolving the conflict and the analysis of the agreement signed with the mediation of Russia.
