On January 18-19, 2020, several news agencies in the country reported on the publication of the second, large-scale, improved edition of the book entitled "Armenian Language" by Hatem Jabbarli, a former lecturer at Khazar University and a well-known scientist and doctor of political sciences.

In an interview with news agencies, the author stressed the need to know the language of the enemy in the fight against it, noting that the Armenian language was first taught by him in 2006 at Khazar University.
