Seyidov Elgun Sahib, a graduate of Khazar University from Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences with a degree in journalism, has been appointed as the head of the Department for Documents and Citizens' Appeals at the Shamkir District Executive Power Office. It should be noted that E.Seyidov was born in 1987 in Dallar Jayir village of Shamkir district. Prior to his appointment, he worked as the head of the Information Provision and Analysis Sector at the Shamkir District Executive Power Office.
