On December 18, 2020, Nilufar Alizadeh, a lecturer in the Department of Psychology at Khazar University, delivered a webinar entitled “Mediation - Different Conflict Resolution” for the students of the department. The webinar took place within the Mediation Awareness Week program implemented by Khazar University as part of the Erasmus+ MEDIATS project (Project number 599010-EPP-1-2018-1-NL-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP). The webinar discussed the expected reforms and changes in the judicial system resulted from the adoption of the Law on Mediation in 2019. In addition, students were informed about how they could build their future careers in this area and about their master's degree in this field at Khazar University.

The webinar ended with a session dedicated to questions and answers.
