Nargiz Aliyeva, a graduate of Khazar University, successfully passed the attestation at the Central Bank and was appointed Head of the Internal Audit Department of AccessBank CJSC on December 10, 2020.

Nargiz Aliyeva graduated from Baku State University with a bachelor's degree in Turkish Language and Literature, and then received a master's degree in Turkish Literature from EGE University. She is a graduate of Khazar University in MBA program in Finance and Credit. She started her career as a financial manager at ACDI / VOCA Azerbaijan, then continued as a financial supervisor at Finca Bank Azerbaijan in 2007, and later was appointed a manager of the Internal Control Department. She has been the Head of Risk Management at Finca Bank Kyrgyzstan since 2017.
