On May 2, 2020, the UNEC and Library & Information Center organized an online webinar on “The Activities of University Libraries in Azerbaijan during the Pandemic”. The webinar informed about the activities of university libraries in Azerbaijan.

Aytaj Misgarli, Deputy Director of Khazar University's Library & Information Center (LIC), spoke about “Khazar University's LIC’s Online Service during the Pandemic”. The webinar also discussed the establishment of an “Interlibrary Electronic Subscription Service" among university libraries in the future.
