On April 30, 2020, AZERTAC reported that an article co-authored by Dr. Amir Rahmani, a faculty member of the Computer Science Department at Khazar University School of Science and Engineering, was published in “the Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences”, an ISI-index, (International Scientific Indexing) journal with an impact factor.
