On April 24, 2020, Jeyhun Bayramov, the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, during the video conference with senior officials and rectors of higher education institutions, congratulated Khazar University and the State University of Economics, for being ranked among the best universities in the world in the latest Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2020. The Minister noted that this result was achieved due to the intense efforts of both teams and wished them success in their future endeavors.
