On December 17, 2019, the “5th Eurasian Congress of Scientific Research and Contemporary Studies” began its work at the Marble Hall of Khazar University.

The Congress was opened by Mustafa Latif Emek, the Chairman of IKSAD. He announced that the Conference received more than 400 articles, 165 scientific articles were included to the agenda and representatives from different countries of the world taking part at the Congress: Turkey, Azerbaijan, Russia, Pakistan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ethiopia and others. Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Irada Khalilova, Rector of Khazar University, Muntazir Mehdi, Representative of Islamabad Modern National University, Professor Mahira Huseynova, Dean of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University delivered speeches.

Mustafa Latif Emek, the Chairman of IKSAD presented courtesies to Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, Associate Professor Irada Khalilova and Alovsat Amirbeyli. At the opening ceremony, the performance by Khazar University Chamber Orchestra and the dance group were greeted with applause. The Congress will continue for two days.
