On November 16, 2019, Political Science and Philosophy Department’s instructor Tural Huseynli had a public lecture on the topic of “Public Identity Disempowerment” with the invitation of “Milliyyet Research Center”.

Firstly, Tural Huseynli delivered some terminological explanations on the issues of social justice and identity politics. Then he has talked about the relationship between public identity disempowerment and political disadvantageousness and tried to emphasize the importance of eliminating the economic, social, legal and political barriers from different identities’ public life. After the lecture Q&A session was held.
