On November 14, 2019, ceremony of awarding certificates to students who successfully completed the “Business Education for Engineers Program”, implemented with the participation and financial support of BP Azerbaijan and Baku Higher Oil Schoo (BHOS), aimed at supporting the advancement of students studying engineering at local universities, was held at BHOS. Along with Khazar University, the event was attended by the Rectors, Vice-Rectors and Deans of UFAZ, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, BSU, AzTU Universities.

220 students applied for the program this year. 88 students from 9 universities successfully completed the program and received a certificate. Two students from the School of Science and Engineering at Khazar University - Ayan Babakishiyeva (Oil and Gas Engineering, 3^rd year) and Abdulhuseyn Hasanov (Civil Engineering, 3^rd year) completed the project. The certificates were presented to them by Elmar Gasimov, Rector of BHOS, and Fakhranda Alimardanova, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, School of Science and Engineering at Khazar University.
