Since its establishment in 2017, Nanotechnology laboratory has been chasing its mission and now is proud to announce its achievements in scientific research which will accelerate its transition from embryo-lab to next generation product orientated Lab.

Based on the records from the Web of Science (WOS):

• More than 40 ISI articles were published in Q1 and Q2 journals
• 4 papers are selected as highly cited articles and 1 paper as the Hot paper
• It worth to mention that throughout Azerbaijan there is only 1 Hot paper in the field of engineering and that belongs to Khazar University
• Regarding citation, as it could be found in the Web of Science released data, a sharp change in the university affiliated citations could be seen after founding of the Nanotechnology lab in 2017. This means that more than 95% of scientific citations are due to those works published by Nano-lab associates, especially by Dr. Rasoul Moradi, the head of the Nanotechnology lab at Khazar University.

Considering all the above, our research team members are targeting new millstones to expand collaboration with other national and international research centers and organizations. Already some pragmatic negotiations are underway with Baku State University in Azerbaijan, Eskisehir Osmangazi University in Turkey, Ondokuz Mayis University in Turkey, Middle East Technical University in Turkey, Tehran University of Medical Science in Iran, the University of Mohaggeg Ardabili in Iran, the National Research Foundation of South Korea, and the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA).
