Associate Professor Elza Samadova, Dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences at Khazar University, has been selected as a member of the editorial boards of the Dongduk Woman University of Korea, “The Journal of Eurasian Turkic Studies” and “Hungarian Educational Research Journal (HERJ)”. “The Journal of Eurasian Turkic Studies” is a journal published once in two-years by the Eurasia Institute of Turkic Studies, which is dedicated to explore expanding relationships within and beyond Eurasia by Hanyang University, the Asia-Pacific Research Center.

At the same time, the HERJ Hungarian Educational Research Journal is an academic journal that focuses on current ideas and topics in educational research.
