On November 5, 2019, an article by Nilufar Alizade, Khazar University lecturer and PhD, entitled “Texting via telephone or calling? - The psychosocial reasons for this choice …” was published on E.Tibb.az. The article describes the rapid spread of telephone anxiety disorder and telephone phobia, amongst the demographic groups that were born in the late 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, the causes for the emergence of these effects in people, how to seek for professional help and, finally, how to deal with these situations through the techniques that can be used without attending a psychologist.
