On November 4, 2019, Elchin Azimli, Head of Training and Development at Azersun Holding, a certified EQ expert with “Six seconds” certificate and author of “Dan Star” book, delivered a seminar on “Emotional Intelligence”, upon the arrangements made by Nilufar Alizade, a lecturer and PhD student at the Department of Psychology at Khazar University. Students, coaching during the workshop, attended by University staff and psychologists, talked about how emotional intelligence can be used in career advancement, and other issues. During the seminar which followed by Q&A session, students who were interested in the psychology of the organization inquired into the work experience of Elchin Azimly.
