On November 1, 2019, Associate Professor Elsa Samadova, Dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences at Khazar University, took part at the presentation of certificates ceremony of the Project “Support to the Implementation of the National Qualification Framework in Azerbaijan”, which is the main beneficiary of the Ministry of Education, being organized by the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and with the financial support of the European Union.  Associate Professor Elsa Samadova has been awarded the certificate as an active member of the Qualification Working Group.
