On October 11 and 12, 2019 Orkhan Zamanov, an employee of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of ANAS, participated at the International Conference of Young Scientists in Kiev, by official invitation of the Institute of Archeology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, with the topic named “Modern methodology in research of war archeology”. The conference at the Institute of Archeology of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was dedicated to the methods of archeological excavations and the effectiveness of the use of modern archeological techniques. The main topic of the conference was the need for excavation during archaeological field studies. The conference was attended by young researchers from different regions and scientific institutions of the Republic of Ukraine as well as experts from Germany and Romania.
