On October 22, 2019, Melek Karimova, Coordinator of the Department of Psychology of Khazar University and Director of the Center for Psychological Service, organized a meeting with a group of first-year students from the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, concerning the Erasmus + “Advocacy Establishment for Students through Ombudsman Position” (AESOP). The main purpose of the meeting was to provide students with detailed information about the functions of the Ombudsman Center and answer their questions about the Center and its activities. It was noted that the Ombudsman Center is a neutral, impartial and confidential place.

Students were told they could meet with Khazar University Ombudsman Lamiya Namazova whenever necessary and they were informed about the location of the center.

Although the project is over, meetings are held regularly with students.

Meetings with other faculty students are also planned.
