On October 17, 2019, under the agreement reached between Khazar University's Department of Civil Engineering and the “Norm” Cement Plant, students majoring in Civil Engineering visited the “Norm” Cement Plant, supervised by Rasim Bayramli. Students listened to the lectures of the leading experts at the Plant and learned about the raw materials and materials used in the cement production process, the selection of their ingredients, the process of heating in ovens, clinker grinding, etc., they observed every production process visually. In addition, students were familiarized with physical and mechanical tests conducted in concrete and cement laboratories operating in accordance with European standards.

Taking into account the effectiveness of this meeting, it was agreed to continue cooperation in the future.
