By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated October 15, 2019, Isa Habibbeyli, Vice-President of ANAS, Director of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi, MP of the National Assembly, was awarded the order “For service to the Homeland” for his active participation in the socio-political life of the Republic of Azerbaijan and his commitments for the science development.
