On October 5, 2019, Nilufar Alizade, instructor at Khazar University's Department of Psychology, took part as motivation and personal development instructor in the “Hand-in-hand for Education 2019” project, organized by the British Embassy in Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan UK Alumni Association (AUKAA).

Training for Pirallli and Zaraghan rural school students in Gabala covered topics such as choosing the right profession, motivation / personal development, learning English and choosing vocational education. At the end of the training, which was attended by more than fifty students, a written contest was held between the participants and three winners were selected to participate in a one-week winter competition in Baku.
