Initiated by Eurasia Extractive Industries Knowledge Hub, the Memorandum of Understanding between Khazar University and Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas (Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine) has been signed. The MoU considers academic cooperation and encourages the development and implementation of student exchange programs, cooperative/collaborative research projects, short-term training programs/projects, faculty/staff exchange programs, etc.

Within the framework of this cooperation, Eurasia Hub will initiate partnership relations with Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas to cooperate on establishing a dual master's degree program “Natural Resources Management for Sustainable Development” in Khazar University.
