From July 9 to July 13, 2019, the subsequent Management Meeting within the framework of the project “Promoting Migration Education at the University” Erasmus+ (PROMIG, 573554-EPP-1-2016-1-GE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) coordinated by the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University was held at the Oldenburg University. At the Meeting, Khazar University was represented by Dr. Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of the School of Economics and Management, Elmar Mustafayev, Head of Political Science and Philosophy Department, Ulkar Bayramova, Director of the Training Center, and also Dr. Rovshan Karimov, Teacher of the University.

The event was attended by representatives of the Baku Engineering University, Afghanistan's Consulate in Bonn (Germany), Kalkutte Sanskrit College and University (India) and Georgian universities.

During the four-day event, the results of the project activities were presented, presentations on the findings of the migration studies made by the students of the University of Oldenburg were listened out. In addition, the topics of the next training sessions were discussed and identified. Project members worked at the University’s library and collected materials and elaborated module and evaluation forms for training. Furthermore, the schedule of the next project meetings, the quality project management and the issues facing the project were discussed.
