On the 7^th of June 2019, Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, took part in the Conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the prominent Azerbaijani mathematician Mirabbas Qasimov. Prof. Isakhanli delivered a speech on “Quadratic Forms and Spectral Theory of Operators” in the Conference organized in the ANAS Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics. Besides, within his speech, he shared his memories of his student life, meetings with Mirabbas Qasimov, and his lessons in the university.
