On May 17, 2019, Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, Rector of Khazar University met with the students of Political Science and Philosophy Department - Mustafa Godjayev, Zulfiyya Shafiyeva, and Ilkin Mamedov - selected to participate in a one-month internship program at the European Parliament in Brussels.

These three students of Khazar University competed with 383 applicants and are among the 15 participants selected for the internship program organized by the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, Rector of Khazar University; Dr. Elmar Mustafayev, Head of the Political Science and Philosophy Department congratulated the students and wished them success in their internship trip. In the end, the students were presented certificates of appreciation for their outstanding achievement.
