The Department of History and Archeology of Khazar University pays special attention to acquainting students with Azerbaijan's historical and cultural monuments. During one of the lessons of Dr. Sabuhi Akhmedov, Instructor of the Department, with a group of students from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, information about Qala village of Absheron, one of the ancient settlements of Azerbaijan was provided. Students prepared presentations about the most important pages of the history and monuments of the tower. Thus, students who visited the village made reports on Qala’s ancient and medieval history, as well as about the Qala History and Ethnography Museum, which operates here.

Presentations were prepared by the students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering - Nurana Ahmadova, Nisa Amirova, Aygun Safarova, Naila Nasibova from the group “C” and Aida Shahnazarli, Ulviya Rajabalieva, Elnura Fataliyeva, Ilkana Ibrahimbeyli, Fidan Akhshinaz, Zohra Mirizade, Elnura Eldarova, Kamala Orujova, Nigar Aliyeva, Shabnam Mehdiyeva, Saadat Amirzade, Imamali Ibrahimov, Azer Hajiyev and Naid Jabrailov from the group “D”.
