From April 3 to 6, 2016, within the framework of the Erasmus+ AESOP Project, Lamiya Namazova, Head of Admission Office, Melek Karimova, Director of the Center for Psychological Service and Ulkar Bayramova, Director of Teaching and Learning Centre at Khazar University visited Kiev National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman in Ukraine and took part in a project Management Meeting.

More than 40 representatives from 16 partner universities from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Portugal, Poland, Italy, Finland, Austria and England attended the event.

During a 2-day meeting, partner universities provided information on the works completed within the project, particularly, the establishment and operation of ombudsman offices, students and the academic staff, as well as trainings for administrative staff, and presented the results of the surveys conducted among the students regarding the operation of the ombudsman offices. At the end of the meeting the project partners decided to hold the next Management Meeting at Khazar University in May and the Final Conference of the project at Akaki Tsereteli State University (Georgia) in July.

At the end of the training, the participants were awarded certificates.
