On April 2, 2019, Ms. Joana Aguiar, International Relations Officer at Polytechnic Institute of Bragança in Portugal delivered a presentation on the double-degree program available for Khazar University students. During the presentation Ms. Aguiar provided detailed information about the university, its resources and facilities, support provided for international students, and other important details.

Khazar University has been collaborating with IPB since 2017 when a Memorandum of Understanding and an Agreement on Double Degree programs were signed between the two universities. Khazar University offers double-degree programs for students of the School of Science and Engineering (bachelor programs: Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Chemical Engineering; master programs: Engineering, Informatics) and School of Economics and Management (bachelor programs: Management; master programs: MBA in Management).
