On March 15, 2019, Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, and author of the book “Praise to Autumn”, met with readers at the Cahit Zarifoglu conference hall of the Kahramanmaraş Sütçü Imam University. The meeting was attended by the Rector of the University Professor Niyazi Can, vice-rectors, deans, department heads, local and foreign students and other members of the public. Pulling audience’s heartstrings with the beautiful voice, Mehmet Yashar welcomed everyone and introduced information about the author of the book. Poems performed by Yusuf Yildiz, 4th year student, were welcomed with applauses. Imdat Avshar, the translator of the book and Turkish poet-writer spoke about Hamlet Isakhanli`s literary legacy and the second edition of the “Praise to Autumn” published in Istanbul.

Further on, Hamlet Isakhanli delivered a speech and cordially greeted the audience on behalf of Azerbaijan and Khazar University and recited his poems. He answered numerous questions. Rector of the Kahramanmaraş Sütçü Imam University, Professor Niyazi Can thanked for the exciting evening and presented his prize to the poet. After the meeting, book signing session of Hamlet Isakhanli's book “Praise to Autumn” was held. With the readers’ request, memorable pictures were taken. Meetings in Turkey's cities, Kayseri, Niğde, Nevshehir, Cappadocia and Kahramanmarash were concluded with a very grand end.

After a while, the poet will have meetings with his readers in Ankara and Istanbul.
