On March 14, 2019, Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director for Public Relations and Media, and Imdat Avshar, Turkish poet-writer visited Cappadocia University. Professor Hasan Ali Karasar, Rector of the University, cordially welcomed the guests and gave information about Kapadokya, the historical region of Turkey and the University. He acquainted guests with University labs, classrooms in the museum and the library. Rector Hasan Karasar presented the University gifts to Hamlet Isakhanli. Moreover, on behalf of the University of Cappadocia, he presented the most valuable gift - M.Rasulzadeh’s book on “Panturanism”, published in Paris in 1930 in Russian language. H.Isakhanli expressed his deep gratitude to the leadership of the University of Cappadocia for warm reception and gave information about Khazar University.

An official agreement was signed between the two universities. A reception was hosted by the University Administration in honor of the guests.
