On March 13, 2019, the meeting with recently admitted PhD students and those already working on their thesis, was held at Khazar University. The meeting was opened by Jabir Mammadli, the Coordinator of the Division of Graduate Studies and Research, who conveyed congratulatory remarks to PhD students and dissertates.

Then, Irada Khalilova, Acting Rector of the University welcomed the participants and wished them every success.

Afterwards, J.Mammadli made a presentation on educational process, rules, etc. and answered the questions.
