On March 5, 2019, the 69^th Session of the traditional “Assembly of Science and Art” was held at Khazar University. In his opening statement, Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and the Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, provided extensive information about Mr. Waqas Ahmed and his new book “The Polymath”, recently published in London.

Following that, Mr. Waqas Ahmed made an extensive and interesting report. After the talk, discussions took place. Ingilab Ahmedov, Hassan Niknafs, Hamlet Isakhanli, Rovshan Abbasov, Ziya Samadli (Khazar University); Shahin Fazil (Institute of History of ANAS), Vagif Amirkishiyev, Boran Aziz (Baku State University); Asif Bayramov (Azerbaijan University) and others took part at the discussions and asked questions.

At the end H. Isakhanli expressed his gratitude to Mr. Waqas Ahmed for a very interesting report.
