On February 28, 2019, a training entitled “The Road to Career” was held, at the initiative of the Khazar University Career Center. The training contributor was Arzu Aliyeva, Advisor to the Chairman of Personnel Department, of the “Nikoil” Bank. Facilitating interactive discussions with students during the training, she introduced examples from more than 20 years of professional experience. The training consisted of 3 parts. The first part was related to the mistakes made during CV preparation. The second part of the training focused on the issues to be considered during the interview. The third part dealt with the opportunities after the recruitment and rules of behavior.

During the training, as well at the end of the training, students’ questions were answered.
