On March 15, 2019, Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director for Public Relations and Media, and Imdat Avshar, Turkish poet-writer visited Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University. Professor Niyazi Can, Rector of the University, cordially welcomed the guests and expressed his pleasure to meet again. Professor N. Can emphasized the importance of continuing the relations with Khazar University and the necessity of implementing teacher-students exchange programs. The heads of both Universities signed contracts to implement official exchange for the period of four years. Hamlet Isakhanli presented Khazar University’s courtesies to Niyazi Can. Then the Rector of the Sütçü İmam University, Professor Niyazi Can handed in gifts to Hamlet Isakhanli and Alovsat Amirbeyli.
