On February 23, 2019, Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, gave an interview to ARB television channel. During the interview, he talked about the issues related to recognition of the diplomas abroad given by Azerbaijani universities, determination of the signs of the recognition, differences between local and foreign universities and so on.
