On January 31, 2019, a solemn ceremony to commemorate the 135^th anniversary of Mahammad Amin Rasulzadeh was held in Moscow. The ceremony was attended by Rais Rasulzadeh, the grandson of the founder of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic; Nasiman Yagublu, Instructor of the Department of History and Archaeology of Khazar University; as well as Fuzuli Farajov, Kamran Rustamov, Ramiz Abutalibov, Azerbaijani intellectuals living in Moscow; and Nadir Shakili, Ilgar Mammadov, Mayis Safaraliyev and Shaig Mammadov, activists of the Rasulzadeh assembly in Moscow.
