In recent years, President Ilham Aliyev has realised extensive reforms in various spheres and within this process, the youth is the point of confidence. There are Khazar University graduates among those young people.

On February 5, Elshan Salahov, a Khazar University graduate, was appointed Head of the Executive Power of Khazar District, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Prior to that, Elshan Salahov worked as First Deputy Head of Executive Power in that region.

Elshan Salahov Rovshan graduated from Khazar University, the School of Economics and Management, with a degree in International Economic Relations in March, 2000.

We believe that, thanks to his knowledge and skills gained at Khazar University as well as his experience and organizational skills, he will successfully work in that post.
