On February 1, 2019, Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, met with Jamal Yangin, Head of Turkish Businessmen Association; Rauf Garayev and Khayal Rahimov, members of Management Board of the Association; and Parvana Hajiyeva, General Secretary of the Association. At the meeting, H.Isakhanli gave detailed information about Khazar University, Eurasian Academy and other institutions. J.Yangin, Head of Turkish Businessmen Association, thanked H.Isakhanli for a welcoming reception and expressed his certainty that a memorandum on bilateral cooperation would soon be made.
