On December 24, 2018, the Executive Power of Binagadi District, Youth and Sports Department of Binagadi District, “Dunya” School and “Zeka adasi” education center co-organized a New Year party for children with special needs and children under guardianship, at “Dunya” School affiliated with Khazar University.

The party was attended by Aygun Aliyeva, Deputy Head of Executive Power of Binagadi District; Nijat Allahverdiyev, Head of the Department of Social, Political and Humanitarian Issues of the Executive Power of Binagadi District; Elvin Aslanov, Director of the Youth and Sports Department of Binagadi District; Nailakhanim Isayeva, Co-Founder of “Dunya” School; Esmiralda Rahimova, Head of the Center for Care for Children with Disabilities, For International Cooperation of Disabled People.

Delivering a speech, Aygun Aliyeva, Deputy Head of Executive Power of Binagadi District, congratulated children on holiday. Remarking state’s attention to children and youth, Aygun Aliyeva emphasized that President Ilham Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva, Vice-President and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, pay special attention to children with physical and mental disability.

Santa Claus and Snow Maiden made children happy with a concert program and holiday gifts. A literary and musical program prepared by “Dunya” School and Child Creativity Center #6 left a good impression on children.

At the end, children were presented with gifts and low-income families were provided with holiday presentations.
