An event dedicated to Khazar University instructor was broadcast

As informed before, on December 17, 2018, a ceremony dedicated to 60^th anniversary of Gardashkhan Azizkhanli, a prominent poet and Instructor of Khazar University, was held at the Heydar Aliyev Center of Lankaran city.
