On December 18, 2018, international students of Khazar University, most of which were Iraqi students, visited the Ateshgah temple with Bayram Guliyev, Instructor of Khazar University, and associates of Multimedia Center. The Ateshgah temple is situated in Surakhani settlement. It was once a moral and spiritual center of fire-worshippers who travelled through "Great Silk Road" to Azerbaijan from north-west of India. The Ateshgah was an ancient point of faith and was included in UNESCO World Heritage List in 1998. For international students, the Ateshgah temple was a testimony to the fact that Azerbaijan has traces of multiculturalism from ancient times.
