Human Capital Forum being held in Baku

On December 19 and 21, 2018, the Human Capital Forum is being held in Baku, organized by the World Bank. Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, and Dr. Irada Khalilova, Vice-Rector for Research at Khazar University, took part in the forum.
