Conference proceedings involving a report of Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli published

Proceedings of the 4^th International Conference on Higher Education Advances (HEAd’18) held in Spain (Universitat Politíecica de Val'encia) in 2018 were published. As noted before, Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, delivered a report on “Education Facing Globalization in Post-communist Country: Azerbaijan” in the conference. The report by Prof.Hamlet Isakhanli was included in the proceedings of the conference (“PETRA workshop”, p. 1623-1632).
