The book entitled “People… Events … Time (Collection of the Publications - 4)”, authored by Elmira Aliyeva, Honored Journalist of Azerbaijan, contains a chapter “Dream Comes True” dedicated to Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, a public figure, a poet and an education expert.
